Not always. Colors displayed on digital screens may differ slightly from the final printed product due to monitor settings, printing methods, materials, and production processes. Minor color variations are considered normal.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within seven (7) calendar days and provide photographs of the product and packaging so we can review your claim.

Because customized products are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return or refund unless: The wrong product was delivered; The product has a manufacturing defect; or The delivered item significantly differs from the approved order due to our error. Yes, provided production has not yet started. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

We recommend high-resolution files such as: AI EPS PDF SVG PNG PSD High-resolution JPG Vector files generally produce the best printing results. We also accept shared canva file.
