Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork, text, logos, and designs are accurate.
Customers warrant that they own or have permission to use all submitted materials.
BrandMerchPH shall not be liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted content.
Minor variations in color, print positioning, sizing, or material are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and shall not be considered defects.
Once artwork has been approved for production, revisions may no longer be accommodated.
All prices displayed are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable charges may be added during checkout.

Orders may only proceed to production after payment has been confirmed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production timelines depend on:

Delivery schedules provided are estimates only.
BrandMerchPH shall not be liable for delays caused by:
courier partners;
natural disasters;
force majeure events;
supplier delays;
government actions;
customs delays; or
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon turnover to the courier.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, package dimensions, weight, and courier rates.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
BrandMerchPH shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.
Because many of our products are personalized or custom-made, customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except when:
the wrong product was delivered;
the product contains manufacturing defects; or
the delivered item substantially differs from the approved order.
Claims must be reported within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of the order and must include photographs and supporting information.
BrandMerchPH reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving replacements or refunds.
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted, and any payments made may be non-refundable.
